Founded in 2001:

with the aim of expanding the notion of and applicability of transdisciplinary artistic practice,

to promote contemporary performance,  & visual art that is accessible to a variety of publics,

to explore the potential of social sculpture – the intersections between collective creative practices and the everyday,

to reconnect contemporary performance and art practice with notions of political freedom and ‘commonal’ culture

to develop and sustain new artistic activity – in performance sociology, action research and public art.
